Visit TaskRite and click 'Get Started Free'. Enter your email and we'll send you a magic link - no password needed. Click the link and you're in.

Type your task in the input at the top and press Enter, or click 'Create with AI' to have a quick conversation about your project. TaskRite will help you define a clear, actionable task.
Break It Down with AI
Click on any task to open details, then use 'Get Help' to start an AI conversation. Tell TaskRite what you want to achieve and it will generate tailored subtasks you can add with one click.

Start with AI
Even if you know what you want to do, try 'Create with AI' first. The conversation often reveals aspects you hadn't considered and helps you scope your task better.
Be Specific in AI Chats
Instead of "Help me with my project", try "Help me plan the user authentication flow for my React app using NextAuth". The more context you give, the better the suggestions.
Use Subtasks Liberally
Big subtasks? Break them down further. The more specific and actionable each subtask is, the easier it is to make progress. Aim for subtasks that take 30 minutes or less.
Don't Over-Plan
You can always add more subtasks later. Start with 3-5 subtasks and iterate as you learn more about the problem. Perfect is the enemy of done.
Use the Scratchpad
Before diving into subtasks, dump your thoughts in the planning notes. Links, ideas, constraints, questions - get it all out of your head first.
Prioritize Daily

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and your data is stored securely with Supabase, a trusted database platform. We never share or sell your data to third parties.
Currently, TaskRite requires an internet connection to sync your tasks and use AI features. We're exploring offline support for a future release.
Go to your Billing page in the app and click 'Manage Subscription'. You can cancel anytime, and you'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Your existing tasks remain intact. You simply won't be able to create new tasks beyond the free limits until you either complete/delete some tasks or upgrade again.
Data export is on our roadmap. In the meantime, if you need to export your data, contact us at support@taskrite.app and we'll help you out.
TaskRite uses advanced language models to understand your goals and generate relevant subtasks. The AI learns from your conversation context to provide better, more tailored suggestions. Your conversations are private and not used to train AI models.
TaskRite is a web app that works great on mobile browsers. We've optimized the experience for touch devices. A native mobile app is something we're considering for the future.
