By accessing or using TaskRite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TaskRite is a task management application that helps users organize, track, and complete their tasks. The Service includes features such as:

• Kanban-style task boards
• AI-powered subtask generation
• Task prioritization and planning notes
• Subscription-based premium features

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

TaskRite offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features including up to 50 active tasks, 10 AI conversations per month, and 3 subtasks per task.
• Pro Plan ($9/month): Unlimited access to all features.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TaskRite and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (such as tasks and notes). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskRite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
